Barbecue Rub #67

From Slow Fire: The Beginner’s Guide to Barbecue

This rub comes from Slow Fire: The Beginner’s Guide to Barbecue by Ray “Dr. BBQ” Lampe. In the book Ray explains that he’s created so many different rubs over the years that he used up all the good names, and just numbers them now. The rubs are still inspired, despite the uninspired names 😉
