Great for most poultry

Apple Juice Brine

  • Yield: 1 3/4 cups of brine
  • Prep Time: 1 minute
  • Cook Time: No cooking needed

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper, water, apple cider vinegar, and apple juice in a large baggie.

  2. Done!
